Sunset Beach is a beach in the northwest of
Mahe island, Seychelles. This is a great secluded spot, but still with some tourist infrastructure. There are many trees and palms ashore, while entry into the water is comfortable. The only problem is that there are often strong waves. But the swimming is possible anyway. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.

Hotels [edit]
The closest hotels to Sunset Beach are
Oceanica Resort Seychelles (to the south) and
Marquise & Infinity villas (to the north, villa 250 sq.m. from US$500 per night). Unfortunately, these accommodation options don't have their own beach being suitable for swimming.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Seychelles international airport (SEZ). Next hire a taxi.
There are also cheap shuttle buses on the island with a lot of routes. Keep in mind, that often you have to change bus in the capital city of
Victoria to get from one side of the island to another.
When to go [edit]
It is good to travel to Seychelles any time of the year. The nature is more beautiful in the rainy season from October to April, while the dry season will give you more sunny days.
