Fly to Nassau International Airport or fly to Grand Bahama International Airport - Freeport. Next fly to Marsh Harbour Airport of Abaco island (there are also some international flights to this airport).

It is also possible to get to Abaco island by ferry. For example Bahamas Fast Ferry serves route from capital Nassau island to Sandy Point port located in the south of Abaco island.

Next take Albury's Ferry to the island of Elbow Cay. Next hire a taxi.
