Tavewa beach

Tavewa - island in the Yasawa group in Fiji. Local beaches are pretty good, - though not the best, but very cozy and ideal for walking along the coast. Beach and seabed: sand, stones. [edit]

Hotels [edit]

The island has two hotels: Coral View Resort and Otto & Fanny's Resort. The beach near the second hotel is a little better.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Nadi International Airport (NAN). Get by taxi to the port of Denarau. Then follow by Yasawa Flyer ferry. The best choice is to take the package, which allows to visit several islands in 3-14 days.

When to go [edit]

From April to October, the weather is more comfortable and cool, without rains. But from October to April, the sea water is warmer and there are no lots of people on the beaches.
