Thudufushi island

Thudufushi is a small island resort in South Ari Atoll in the Maldives. The beach is very green - with palms and trees, the sand is white, sea water is clear. So this is a nice island, though not the best by the Maldivian standards. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

Diamonds Thudufushi is a 5-star hotel with rooms' fares starting from US$700. However, in most cases, a realistic room's rates start at about US$2500 per night on an "all inclusive" basis, that is looking slightly overpriced even for such a great resort.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Male international airport (MLE). Next take 40-minutes journey by a seaplane. The cost for the round trip is US$600 for adult, US$300 for child of 2-11 years old. Infants travel for free.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday on the island of Thudufushi is a dry season from January to April.
