Toucari Bay is a small fishing village in the north-west of Dominica in the Caribbean. This is a low key place with the beach being quite good by the island's standards. There are several cafes ashore including the iconic Keepin' It Real bar with delicious fish meals. There is also good snorkeling, while the boat can deliver you to a sunken ship.
