Wadi Gharm beach
Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Wadi Gharm is a beach on the Indian coast of Oman. In fact, there is no ocean beach to speak of. The main attraction is a large freshwater lake. The place is also known as
Turtle Lagoon. However, there is nothing special - not even turtles. But this place is still rather interesting, since there is a huge desert around. Shore and seabed: stones, sand.

The best time for a beach holiday in Oman is spring and autumn. Summer and winter are also good enough, but sea water is cooler. In winter - because it is winter, and in summer - because there are a lot of clouds in the sky.
