Wadi beach
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Wadi is a secluded beach on the Red Sea being located to the south of Marsa Alam, Egypt. This place is rather for snorkeling and diving, since the house reef is superb. But entry into the water is mostly rocky. However, you can dive into the water from pier's stairs. In addition, to the right of the pier, there is a small patch of the coastline with a relatively comfortable entry into the water. Shore and seabed: stones, sand.

Hotels [edit]
Wadi Lahmy Azur Resort is a 3-star property with rooms' fares starting from US$50 per night. Everything is quite decent, and value for money is great. There is no animation, no beach boys, while alcohol is only for money. Which definitely is very good for the hotel.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Marsa Alam international airport (RMF). Next hire a taxi.
When to go [edit]
Feel free to relax on the Red Sea any time of year. However, you should keep in mind, that sea water often becomes quite cool in winter.
