West End beach

West End is a popular beach on the island of Roatan in Honduras. There is cozy low key atmosphere unlike the neighboring West Bay beach. And it's almost same beautiful, except for the ugly water houses. In the northern part of West End we may note perfect Half Moon Bay beach located in an enclosed bay. Shore and seabed: sand, stones. Hotels [edit]

West End has become the new home for the backpackers, who moved here from the West Bay being their favorite spot many year ago. In the West End nobody tries to charge fees to get to the beach, and a room in the hotel can be rented for only $40 per night.

The best time for a beach holiday in the Half Moon Bay of Roatan island is a dry season from February to September.
