White Bay beach

White Bay is the best beach in Jost Van Dyke island in British Virgin Islands. There is the Soggy Dollar Bar (in the central part of the beach), known as the place where the Painkiller cocktail was first made. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

Hotels [edit]

There are few hotels on the beach, but you won't find it in major online reservation systems. For budget travelers we recommend Ivan's Campground camping.

When to go [edit]

Any time of year. It's a bit cooler in the winter here. Summer features by lack of crowds, but sometimes hurricanes can occur (not every year). The greatest amounts of rain is from September to November.
