Zhuhai beach

Zhuhai is a city in China just near Macau. The coastline is clean, while the water is dirty. There are relatively no many holidaymakers. Xianglu Bay is the most famous beach in town. Zhuhai has a lot of budget hotels, and these are very good. That's why many tourists from the neighboring Macau prefer to stay in cheap hotels of Zhuhai.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Macau international airport (MFM) or fly to Zhuhai international airport (ZUH). Next take a bus or hire a taxi. When you are in the city, use tourist bus to hop between most notable attractions.

You may also fly to popular airports of nearby Hong Kong (HKG), Shenzhen (SZX) or Guangzhou (CAN). Next get to Zhuhai by ferry, or by bus, or by train.

Most ferries to the paradise islands leave from Xiangzhou Northern Wharf (香洲北堤码头) of Zhuhai. In most cases one way ferry takes up to 1 hour.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday in Zhuhai of China is a dry season from October to March. Keep in mind that sometimes it can be very cold in winter.
